Who we are
We are a Utah-based supplier of home medical equipment — oxygen equipment, hospital beds, mobility, bathroom safety, and daily medical supplies — founded to serve individuals covered under the U.S. Department of Labor’s Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA).
We will work with the home health agencies that care for these patients, delivering equipment to the patient’s home.
Founded 2026. Based in Salt Lake City (Murray), Utah.
Where we are today
- Licensed by the Utah Division of Professional Licensing — Pharmacy Class E Business License #14305183-1714 (Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Gas Provider).
- U.S. Department of Labor (OWCP/DEEOIC) provider enrollment: application submitted and under review.
- Patient services begin once enrollment is complete. We are not accepting equipment orders at this time.
